Services Provided

Shemini AI Digital Agency provides digital services including AI automation, AI voice agents, chatbots, websites, landing pages, branding, content support, digital menus, business applications, and related consulting.

Payments, Deposits & Balances

Custom projects may require a deposit before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 50% upfront deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due before final delivery, launch, transfer, or activation.

• Deposits secure project time and begin planning, design, setup, or development work
• Final files, live deployment, account transfer, or activation may be withheld until full payment is received
• Late or failed payments may pause service, support, hosting, automation, or subscriptions

Project Scope & Revisions

Each project is based on the agreed scope, package, proposal, invoice, or written communication. Reasonable revisions may be included, but excessive changes, new requests, or work outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, business details, content, access credentials when required, timely feedback, approvals, and any materials necessary to complete the project. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.

AI Systems & Limitations

AI-powered systems can improve response speed, lead capture, booking, and customer communication, but they are not guaranteed to be error-free. Clients should monitor AI systems and review automated responses periodically.

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected
• Business owners are responsible for approving the knowledge, scripts, offers, pricing, and policies used by their AI systems
• We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, lead volume, sales volume, or business results

Ownership & Access

Final deliverables are transferred to the client after all outstanding balances are paid. Some services may rely on third-party platforms, subscriptions, licenses, APIs, or tools that remain subject to their own terms.

Service Suspension & Termination

We may pause or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, unlawful activity, misuse of AI systems, violation of third-party platform rules, or requests outside the agreed scope.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shemini AI Digital Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, lost-profit, lost-revenue, or business interruption damages related to use of our services.
